This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive product logic for the primary yield platform, encompassing server-side auction dynamics and real-time yield analytics.
• Collaborate with machine learning, backend engineering, and customer success teams to transform complex challenges into straightforward features.
• Provide global publishers with intelligent and automated management over each ad impression.
• Define precise technical requirements and develop clear system specifications.
• Convert publisher monetization challenges into scalable product functionalities.
• Possess knowledge of the AdTech industry and engage in ongoing market and competitive analysis.
• Proactively suggest product innovations to ensure the platform remains at the cutting edge.
• Report directly to the VP of Product.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering/R&D, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.
• Align technical capabilities with product strategy and client delivery.
• Participate in client calls as necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical PM, Product Manager, or Solutions Engineer in the AdTech sector.
• Familiarity with SSP, Header Bidding, Ad Exchange, or Publisher Monetization Platform environments.
• In-depth knowledge of the OpenRTB protocol.
• Profound understanding of Prebid JS and Prebid Server.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ad Manager.
• Strong understanding of header bidding wrappers.
• Comprehensive insight into bidder/seller auction mechanics.
• Thorough architectural knowledge of web applications, ranging from client-side tags to backend auctions.
• Capability to read, inspect, and debug full-stack integration workflows.
• Ability to verify browser network requests, inspect ad tag execution, and trace server-side responses.
• Proficiency in auditing and troubleshooting full-stack integrations.
• Skill in communicating technical decisions to non-technical teams.
• Ability to interact directly with technical leads from enterprise clients.
• Willingness to accommodate European working hours with some overlap for US West Coast schedules.
• Openness to travel to 1-2 significant industry events or conferences annually.
• Previous AdTech experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Data Engineer is a plus.
• Experience in production coding is also advantageous.
