Technical Product Manager – AI Engineering, Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the AI platform strategy and make architectural choices for its future development.

• Maintain the current AI platform's operations while facilitating its evolution.

• Enhance prompt engineering workflows through the creation and refinement of prompts.

• Comprehend the interactions between Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit.

• Identify and address bottlenecks within the platform.

• Lead the consolidation of prompts from six different locations onto a single platform.

• Coordinate migration efforts and align with engineering, data, operations, and other teams.

• Manage the technical chatbot prioritization queue and oversee its execution.

• Track and evaluate voicebot and computer-use technologies, making recommendations for investments.

• Foster the relationship with OpenAI and manage Jerry’s visibility in the ChatGPT store.

• Report directly to the COO.

• Guide the customer-facing Agentic AI product utilizing LLMs, agents, and internal APIs.

• Integrate Jerry.ai services within the ChatGPT App and lead the development of new model capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a technical role such as forward-deployed engineering, technical product management, or a comparable position in a dynamic startup environment.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including contemporary LLMs.

• Proven ability to transform complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Familiarity with API design and system architecture.

• Experience or interest in prompt engineering and custom AI workflows.

• Availability to work full-time as a salaried employee.

• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
