Senior Technical Product Manager, AI Engineering – Systems

📋 Description

• Oversee the customer-facing Agentic AI product at Jerry.ai, utilizing LLMs, agents, and internal APIs.

• Collaborate with OpenAI to directly integrate Jerry.ai services into the ChatGPT App.

• Enhance the prompt engineering process through the development and refinement of prompts.

• Gain insights into the interactions among Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit.

• Recognize platform constraints and take ownership of the AI platform strategy.

• Define and implement the migration of prompts from six distinct locations to a unified platform.

• Coordinate with engineering, data, operations, and other departments regarding the consolidation plan.

• Manage the technical chatbot prioritization queue and ensure coordinated execution.

• Supervise voicebot and computer-use technologies, determining optimal investment times.

• Maintain the relationship with OpenAI and Jerry's visibility in the ChatGPT store.

• Influence decisions regarding AI investments and architectural direction.

• Report directly to the COO.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical position such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or a similar role in a dynamic startup environment.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, particularly modern LLMs.

• Proven ability to translate complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.

• A deep interest and hands-on experience with AI, including the creation of custom workflows.

• Proficiency in API design and system architecture.

• Familiarity with SQL and the capability to utilize data to address inquiries and validate hypotheses.

• Ability to assess technical trade-offs and establish AI platform standards.

• Capacity to work as a full-time salaried employee while living in an eligible location.
