This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the identity and data platform for advertising, determining the requirements for advertisers based on Xsolla's transaction data.
• Establish the interface between the customer data platform and the advertising stack.
• Productize Xsolla ID and the identity layer for effective targeting and audience segmentation.
• Manage the canonical event taxonomy and schema for web and app surfaces.
• Define the complete funnel, server-side validation, and a shared event dictionary.
• Oversee attribution and signal collection, encompassing MMP integration, historical backfill, SDK-side signal capture, and resolution of device and identity.
• Manage reporting APIs and Dashboard APIs to facilitate automated, scalable integrations with the Xsolla Ads Platform.
• Specify the real-time event path for impressions, clicks, and conversions.
• Draft and maintain data contracts with guarantees of freshness and completeness for machine learning, ads operations, and customer-facing reporting.
• Measure whether data guarantees are fulfilled.
• Ensure a privacy-compliant data infrastructure in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and ATT regulations, which includes SKAdNetwork, consent management, and identity frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineering, backend, and SDK engineering teams to prioritize implementation based on actionable specifications.
• A minimum of 6 years in product management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a data, identity, or measurement platform where the output was an interface built upon by other teams rather than just a dashboard.
• Profound knowledge of advertising technology ecosystems, including campaign hierarchies, multi-touch and view-through attribution models, and frameworks for audience segmentation and personalization.
• Familiarity with MMP postback semantics across platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular.
• Experience in event taxonomy and schema governance.
• Practical experience with data platforms and pipeline tools such as Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, and dbt.
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving measurement, including SKAdNetwork, GAID and IDFA deprecation, consent systems, and the implications of signal loss for targeting and attribution.
• Strong contract discipline, including documenting and implementing data guarantees.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with IAB, MRC, or OMSDK measurement and viewability standards is a plus.
• Experience in implementing customer data platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of oRTB or exchange integration is a plus.
• A background in games or game commerce is an advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL and sufficient knowledge of Go or a similar language to comprehend a pipeline and its implementation.
