This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Curriculum Development: Create foundational and advanced product training for the entire GTM team (AEs, SDRs, SEs, AMs, and CSMs), simplifying complex technical concepts (data flows, scoring logic, DORA compliance) into clear, sales-ready narratives.
• Competency Frameworks: Establish role-specific product competency frameworks and manage certification pathways to ensure technical proficiency across all regions and segments.
• Platform Storytelling: Take ownership of the technical narrative for the "UpGuard Platform," training teams on interoperability, cross-product workflows, and platform architecture to enhance our competitive edge.
• Demo Strategy: Lead the demo framework across the unified platform; collaborate with SE leadership to ensure accuracy, depth, and effectiveness.
• POC Framework: Develop a standardized POC framework (success criteria, validation steps, best practices) and educate representatives on conducting efficient, high-quality technical evaluations.
• Skill Certification: Design and implement uniform certification programs for Demos and POCs to guarantee that AEs and SEs can deliver persuasive, value-oriented technical presentations.
• Product Launches: Manage the GTM readiness strategy for all product launches; collaborate with PMM (messaging) and Product (roadmap) to ensure coherent delivery of value propositions to the field.
• Launch Training: Deliver role-specific launch training and create internal readiness materials (walkthroughs, FAQs, demo updates) to facilitate immediate adoption of new features.
• Feedback Loop: Regularly gather and disseminate new product success stories and competitive insights to stimulate enthusiasm and adoption in the field.
• CSM Enablement: Enhance CSMs' skills on technical use cases, signal interpretation (usage, integrations), and value demonstration to boost customer onboarding and retention.
• Outcome Alignment: Create materials and training that empower AMs and CSMs to link technical workflows directly to business outcomes and customer value.
• Asset Management: Develop and sustain a repository of impactful technical assets, including demo flows, technical briefs, use-case guides, and POC toolkits.
• Systems & Governance: Establish structured learning paths in Mindtickle/Seismic, ensuring content governance and thorough measurement of enablement performance.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product or Technical Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering (SE), Technical Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Product Marketing (PMM).
• Industry Alignment: Extensive exposure to Cybersecurity, GRC, Risk & Compliance, or DevOps environments.
• SaaS Proficiency: Proven experience within a multi-product B2B SaaS organization, with a deep understanding of platform-based sales intricacies.
• Technical Translation: Outstanding ability to simplify complex technical concepts (architectures, integrations, workflows) into clear, structured, and sales-ready content.
• Facilitation Excellence: Strong presentation skills with the confidence to deliver training to both technical (SE/DevOps) and non-technical (Sales/CS) audiences.
