This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +13 more states.
• Offer end-user assistance for the ImageRPS application, ensuring smooth processing and resolution of remittance transactions.
• Oversee the support ticketing system to address incoming support inquiries.
• Provide technical assistance for Deluxe ImageRPS software, including resolving issues related to remittance processing.
• Aim to work autonomously while cultivating an in-depth understanding of Deluxe software.
• Engage in conference calls, meetings, and other collaborative efforts primarily centered around client concerns or case resolution.
• Minimum of 1 year in Help Desk or customer service roles.
• At least 1 year of experience with a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira).
• A year of basic PC troubleshooting and/or creation of repair documentation.
• Over 1 year of experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT or a related discipline.
