This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions and executive workshops with mid-market clients, resellers, and channel partners.
• Design and position observability and infrastructure intelligence solutions customized for customer environments.
• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Empower reseller and channel partner technical teams through both onsite and remote engagements.
• Support partners in formulating technical go-to-market strategies and positioning their solutions.
• Collaborate with teams across Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise networking, network operations, and observability architectures.
• Practical experience with API-driven infrastructure, automation frameworks, Infrastructure-as-Code tools, orchestration platforms, and integration strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in technical partner management, sales engineering, solutions engineering, network engineering, technical consulting, or customer success engineering in customer-facing and channel-facing roles.
• Outstanding consultative, advisory, and partner enablement capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, and Channel organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
