Technical Outsource Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Developing, nurturing, and enhancing business relationships by establishing and managing enduring partnerships with our clients.

• Serving as the intermediary between clients and the team in Bulgaria, offering technical expertise and assistance.

• Overseeing new leads and transforming them into nearshoring projects while addressing engineering inquiries.

• Frequently visiting clients and acting as the main point of contact in fast-paced and challenging environments.

• Recognizing deviations in quality, delivery timelines, and budget, and taking action to address and resolve these issues.

• Facilitating two-way communication and managing escalations between the Sofia team and the client.

• Assuming responsibility and ownership of projects, ensuring sustainable and comprehensive solutions for our clients' organizations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.

• Excellent communication skills across various functions and teams, at all organizational levels.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management.

• At least 5 years of experience in a software development setting (e.g., as a software architect and/or software engineer).

• Extensive experience in designing and developing software.

• Proven experience leading Scrum-based projects.

• Knowledge of SAFe is an advantage.

• Experience with outsourcing is beneficial.

• Background in a high-tech embedded environment is a plus.

• Ability to quickly understand technical and business challenges and collaborate effectively with clients and technical teams.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to proactively manage conflicts and escalation processes.

• Proficient communication skills in English and German.
