This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Technical OEM Manager, you will serve as the technical core of our strategic alliances.
• You will connect high-level relationship management with practical technical implementation.
• You are responsible for integrations and for cultivating a resilient network of specialists within our partner organizations.
• Establish scalable support procedures, ensuring that integrations adhere to the high stability standards of the XENON platform.
• Develop and sustain a strong network of essential stakeholders (Engineering, Product, and Support) within the OEM’s organization.
• Define and establish the "rules of engagement" for collaborative support.
• Enable OEMs to independently integrate by offering tools and guidance.
• Maintain a comprehensive perspective on all integration topics and recognize trends across various partners.
• Conduct your own testing and validate interfaces, serving as the primary source of technical accuracy.
• Convert partner requirements and hardware limitations into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
• You possess an innate ability to navigate intricate partner organizations and foster long-term trust with both developers and management.
• You have a "detective" mindset, enjoying the process of delving into technical specifics to diagnose integration issues.
• You are highly skilled with technical tools and have a solid understanding of APIs and industrial protocols.
• You can step back and create operational systems that enhance partnership scalability.
• You have a solid background or a keen interest in IoT, energy management, or renewable energy hardware (e.g., Wallboxes, Inverters, Heat Pumps).
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus but not essential.
