Technical Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Template Development: Design and create dynamic After Effects projects along with automation-ready creative templates.

• Technical Problem Solving: Employ scripting, expressions, and data-driven configurations (e.g., CSV/JSON) to develop scalable solutions.

• Asset Preparation: Modify and optimize creative assets from Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for integration into automation workflows.

• Quality Control: Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot rendering issues, and guarantee that templates are dependable and well-structured.

• Documentation & Handover: Organize files systematically, produce clear documentation, and facilitate smooth handovers for team members.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and fellow designers to meet client requirements.

• Client Support: Occasionally clarify workflows, requirements, and logic to clients in a straightforward and comprehensible manner.

• Continuous Learning: Maintain a curious mindset, acquire new tools, and share insights with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects (expressions, parenting, render optimization, template structuring).

• Competent with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Ability to write basic ExtendScript.

• Fundamental knowledge of data-driven animation (CSV/JSON).

• Strong skills in organization, documentation, and time management.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and visual).

• Proficient in Figma for asset adaptation.

• Capability to develop in JavaScript.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.

• Experience with web-based creative automation tools or templating platforms.

• Understanding of digital media production and various file formats.
