Technical Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Create animations for brief content used in larger marketing campaigns.

• Adjust, reformat, and adapt existing assets for various social media platforms.

• Collaborate closely with designers and directors to transform storyboards into dynamic animations.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects in accordance with established schedules.

• Provide support for Senior Animators on larger animation projects.

• Incorporate feedback from both internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• Maintain projects in a clean, organized manner that is easy to navigate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in After Effects for creating motion graphics animations.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the motion graphics sector.

• Strong understanding of animation principles and an excellent sense of timing.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized artist.

• Capable of observing and replicating established animation styles.

• Open to receiving feedback with a mindset of curiosity and constructive criticism.

• A creative team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

• Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates a strong work ethic.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
