This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and implement targeted growth strategies that align with product, application, and supplier goals.
• Directly engage with customers to initiate and influence new projects, facilitating design activities and new product introductions (NPI).
• Collaborate closely with Regional Sales, Inside Sales, Product teams, and Supplier Business Managers to transform opportunities into design victories.
• Propel opportunities from design registration to revenue generation, ensuring a clear pipeline visibility and advancement.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers, aiding in technical alignment and collaborative growth strategies.
• Deliver market insights regarding industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with RF, power, or small signal technologies.
• Background in technical sales, applications engineering, or technical marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise in design-led selling and new business development.
• Strong capability to influence customers and stakeholders at both technical and commercial levels.
• Comfortable navigating multiple European markets.
• Proficiency in English (essential).
