• Reporting to the Product Leadership team, the Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) is essential in converting Megaport’s platform capabilities into clear, actionable architectures for enterprise clients.

• This position serves as a link between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams by transforming intricate multi-platform solutions into practical blueprints, technical enablement materials, and field-ready assets.

• You will operate at the crossroads of profound technical expertise and customer-facing strategy, ensuring that highly advanced solutions—encompassing connectivity, compute, storage, and emerging workloads—are conveyed with accuracy and credibility.

• This role is vital in facilitating enterprise sales cycles by providing the technical depth necessary to engage senior engineers and architects in large global organizations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in infrastructure, cloud, networking, or platform engineering roles, with the ability to engage credibly with senior enterprise architects and engineers.

• In-depth understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, networking fundamentals, and enterprise infrastructure design.

• Strong experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), container platforms (e.g., Kubernetes), and enterprise database environments.

• Familiarity with modern workloads, including AI/ML infrastructure and GPU-accelerated compute environments.

• Proven ability to produce detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting complex enterprise sales cycles or customer-facing technical engagements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
