Technical Marketing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality technical blog posts, tutorials, and documentation.

• Develop demo videos, screencasts, and video tutorials that highlight product features.

• Author technical case studies and implementation patterns.

• Generate white papers, technical guides, and solution briefs.

• Construct and manage demo applications and proof-of-concepts.

• Design and present technical presentations for webinars and events.

• Create interactive demos and sandbox environments.

• Develop reference architectures and implementation templates.

• Interact with the developer community across various forums and platforms.

• Collect feedback from technical users to guide product and content strategy.

• Participate in open-source initiatives.

• Keep track of industry trends and identify content opportunities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

• Align technical content with campaign messaging and objectives.

• Work alongside Customer Success to identify use cases and success stories.

• Assist sales engineering with technical collateral.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in software development with practical coding experience (Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools.

• Solid grasp of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern workflows.

• Knowledge of SRE practices, incident response, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar).

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear manner.

• Experience in creating technical content (blogs, videos, documentation, presentations).

• Strong storytelling abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related technical roles.

• 1–2 years of experience in technical marketing, developer relations, or content creation.

• A portfolio showcasing technical content (blogs, videos, GitHub, etc.).
