Technical Marketing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical engagement and market expansion for our Hospitality sector

• Promote the use of Cisco Vision / Smart Cameras among international hotel brands

• Act as the technical liaison between hospitality clients and Cisco's Product Management, Engineering, UX, Customer Experience, and Sales teams

• Foster strong relationships with hotel brands and IT executives

• Convert hospitality operational insights into product specifications

• Collaborate with Smart Camera hotel clients to document successful implementations in case studies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with more than 3 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with applicable experience

• Background in technical marketing, solutions engineering, product management, technical consulting, or roles that involve customer-facing engineering

• Prior experience in enterprise networking, IP video, digital signage, AV, or hospitality technology ecosystems

• Practical experience in supporting more than 10 customer deployments or technical implementations at scale

• Previous experience presenting technical information and demonstrations to C-level executives

• Willingness and ability to travel 50-70% to client sites, industry conferences, and Cisco offices
