This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Implement and oversee server-side tracking solutions to guarantee precise data collection.
• Develop and uphold cookie tracking strategies in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Utilize tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) to deploy and manage marketing and analytics tags effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the analytics team to harness Google Analytics for comprehensive insights and reporting.
• Work in conjunction with IT and development teams to ensure smooth integration of marketing technologies.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing technology and data privacy legislation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in technical marketing roles, focusing on server-side tracking, cookies, and tag management.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, encompassing setup, configuration, and reporting.
• Strong grasp of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their application in marketing.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and their effects on digital marketing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with additional analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, PHP) is advantageous.
