This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

• Grasp the project's requirements and objectives.

• Efficiently oversee projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Maintain proactive and effective communication with clients to grasp their needs and expectations.

• Assist the team in interactions with clients.

• Analyze and design technical solutions.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions meet client specifications.

• Supervise and guarantee the quality of project deliverables.

• Perform data and process analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

• Offer technical guidance and advice to clients when necessary.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or in similar positions, coordinating and managing web projects.

• **Strong technical foundation as a software engineer** (preferably in web development with Node.js and React.js).

• Familiarity with Cloud and DevOps, ideally with GCP.

• Understanding of GenAI (RAG, agents, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in **managing teams of 10+ individuals.**

• Prior experience in direct client interactions and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Comprehensive knowledge of architectures, best practices, testing, etc.

• Capability to manage and comprehend detailed technical documentation.

• Analytical and consultative skills to provide technical solutions.

• Commitment to Agile principles to deliver value to clients.

• Skills in conflict resolution and the ability to identify potential risks.

• **Fluency in English and Arabic (MANDATORY).**
