Technical Leader KYC/Due Diligence – Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of KYC solutions

• Engage in initiatives related to Due Diligence processes

• Manage the customer lifecycle

• Combine functional knowledge with development experience

• Act as a Technical Leader in a KYC Due Diligence squad

• Drive simpler and more innovative processes using Fenergo, Due Diligence, and Java

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience

• Proven experience and capabilities as a Senior Java Developer

• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level

• Experience in Technical Leader roles

• Proven experience as a Technical Leader in a KYC Due Diligence squad

• Solid and demonstrable knowledge of Fenergo / Fen-X

• Knowledge of CLM (Client Lifecycle Management)

• Familiarity with onboarding and selection processes

• Understanding of risk assessment

• Knowledge of transformation with AI

• Expertise in architecture simplification

• Insight into workforce strategy

• Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer)
