📋 Description

• Develop and sustain essential platform services, including identity and access management, authorization, search capabilities, and API infrastructure.

• Create tools, frameworks, and enhancements aimed at enhancing the developer experience throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to transform product and technical visions into code.

• Champion and implement contemporary architectural patterns.

• Expand existing functionalities to accommodate rapidly growing scale.

• Monitor and enhance database query performance.

• Design internal tools to boost efficiency for engineers and other teams.

• Deliver high-quality, rigorously tested code.

• Conduct code reviews for peers.

• Offer guidance, documentation, and support to product teams utilizing the platform.

• Leverage observability tools to enhance frontend application performance and reliability.

• Work alongside product engineers to improve platform capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale systems in production.

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Pyramid, and Django.

• Experience in SQL database schema design and query optimization.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of continuous integration and Infrastructure as Code.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.

• Enthusiasm for enhancing developer experience through tooling, automation, and documentation.

• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience with GraphQL, GenAI/LLMs, microservices, AI-assisted workflows, LLM-powered systems, tool-calling agents, planning/execution loops, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, or AI-powered features is a plus.
