Technical Lead, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Guide the technical growth and maturity of the team, advocating for development best practices and ensuring software quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline;

• Proven experience in developing Java applications, as well as Web (Angular, JSF) and Mobile (Android/iOS) platforms;

• Proficient in microservices development (Spring Boot) and containerization using Docker (OpenShift and/or Kubernetes);

• Experience with Web Services (SOAP, REST/RESTful), mainframe systems, and database integration;

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, and StarTeam;

• Knowledge of continuous integration, automated deployment, unit testing, TDD, BDD, and agile methodologies (SCRUM);

• Understanding of private and public cloud environments, including Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
