Software Developer, .NET Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance application code utilizing C#, .NET Core MVC, the legacy .NET Framework v4.8, JavaScript, and CSS.

• Maintain current user interfaces and assist in incremental improvements to the DMC application portfolio.

• Engage in hands-on coding, unit testing, debugging, and creating technical documentation.

• Write and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support application functionality.

• Assist in resolving defects, conducting break/fix activities, and sustaining existing systems.

• Aid in ATO vulnerability remediation and adhere to secure coding practices under the guidance of senior developers.

• Ensure that code and interfaces comply with Section 508, ADA, and WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA requirements.

• Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, and CI/CD pipeline management.

• Engage in code reviews and integrate feedback from senior developers.

• Participate in regular technical working sessions with the DMC team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. No equivalents or substitutions for the degree requirement will be considered.

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in software development with .NET Core MVC and C#.

• Proficiency in SQL database design and programming.

• Proven ability to work effectively under the technical direction of senior developers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must have continuously resided in the United States for the last 36 months.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
