Technical Lead, Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Oversee the practical technical configuration, deployment, and validation of Tealium products.

• Create and debug efficient, scalable JavaScript.

• Resolve front-end issues involving JavaScript tags and APIs.

• Adopt best-practice data strategies.

• Design custom attributes and features tailored for customers.

• Integrate Tealium with various marketing and analytics tools.

• Work with customers to convert business goals into data strategies.

• Advise clients on customer data architecture and privacy-compliant data collection.

• Maintain a consistent on-site presence with customers.

• Discover opportunities for growth within the Tealium product suite.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience with Tealium’s complete product suite or comparable Digital Marketing technology.

• Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing, technical implementation, solutions engineering, or Martech consulting role.

• Willingness to travel regionally.

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web debugging tools.

• Strong grasp of data layers, tag management systems, and event-driven architecture.

• Experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, server-side tracking, mobile SDKs, and concepts of data enrichment.

• Understanding of privacy regulations and consent management platforms.

• Outstanding communication abilities — fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
