Technical Lead – Go/Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from estimation to deployment, empowering development teams to create innovative solutions.

• Design comprehensive solutions by identifying requirements and choosing the right technologies to meet them.

• Communicate directly with clients, conveying technical ideas clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Develop and execute unit tests to maintain high code quality.

• Deploy applications on cloud computing platforms and manage cloud instances effectively.

• Collaborate efficiently both independently and within a team-oriented environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of recent experience with at least two of the following programming languages: Golang, Java, or Python.

• Professional experience in developing front-end applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong background in cloud functions, hosting, and managing cloud instances (GCP, GAE, Firebase, or AWS).

• Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud lambda functions.

• Exceptional communication skills complemented by proven leadership experience.

• Required flexibility in working hours to accommodate PST and EST time zones regularly.

• Preferred knowledge of RPC (Remote Procedure Call).

• Practical experience with session management, as well as authentication and authorization protocols.

• Previous experience in an agency or service-oriented organization is a plus.
