Technical Lead – Go/Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from initial estimation to final deployment, empowering development teams to create innovative solutions.

• Design comprehensive solutions by identifying requirements and determining the suitable technologies to meet them.

• Engage directly with clients, conveying technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Write and execute unit tests to guarantee code quality.

• Deploy applications on cloud platforms and manage cloud instances effectively.

• Operate efficiently both independently and as a member of a collaborative team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of recent experience utilizing at least two of the following technologies: Golang, Java, or Python.

• Professional background in building front-end applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong experience with cloud functions, hosting, and managing cloud instances (GCP, GAE, Firebase, or AWS).

• Familiarity with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud lambda functions.

• Exceptionally strong communication skills coupled with tangible leadership experience.

• Required timezone flexibility to accommodate PST and EST schedules regularly.

• Preferred qualifications include:

• Proficiency with RPC (Remote Procedure Call).

• Practical experience with session management, authentication, and authorization protocols.

• Previous experience in an agency or service-oriented organization.
