Technical Lead – Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture and design of comprehensive full-stack applications, encompassing frontend interfaces, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.

• Offer practical technical support to engineering teams and mentor developers in both frontend and backend areas.

• Establish coding standards, enforce code quality, and perform detailed code reviews.

• Manage the complete delivery process, from architecture and development to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Design and construct backend services utilizing Python/FastAPI (preferred) or Java (Spring Boot/Quarkus).

• Create and implement scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs, emphasizing performance, security, and maintainability.

• Develop asynchronous processing pipelines and microservices using tools such as Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, or other similar message brokers.

• Design effective database schemas and queries utilizing PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.

• Implement caching strategies and optimize backend services for high throughput and reliability.

• Create modern web applications with ReactJS and TypeScript.

• Design reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture.

• Implement state management, API integrations, and responsive user interfaces.

• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Ensure frontend applications uphold high standards of performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and environment provisioning.

• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and microservice orchestration.

• Ensure system observability through logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing.

• Lead discussions on scalability, distributed architecture, caching strategies, and event-driven patterns.

• Design full-stack solutions that effectively balance performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Promote the adoption of cloud-native architectures and contemporary engineering practices.

• Ensure compliance with security best practices and standards.

• Utilize modern AI tools and frameworks to boost developer productivity and enhance product capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3+ years in a technical leadership position.

• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI preferred) OR Java.

• Experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.

• Background in REST and GraphQL API development.

• Familiarity with asynchronous processing (Celery or similar).

• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.

• Solid understanding of microservices architectures, distributed systems design, SQL and NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
