Technical Lead, Full Stack .NET – Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor the engineering team, fostering best practices and technical excellence.

• Develop scalable and maintainable digital solutions utilizing the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and CMS platforms, with a preference for Umbraco.

• Provide technical guidance throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

• Create and sustain complex full-stack web applications.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend business needs and convert them into technical solutions.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, architecture planning, and solution design.

• Establish and enhance engineering standards, development processes, and delivery practices.

• Review code to ensure high-quality technical outputs for various projects.

• Assist in technical pre-sales by contributing to proposals, estimates, and solution presentations.

• Diagnose complex production issues and offer technical support to the broader team.

• Advocate for secure software development practices and technical governance.

• Propel continuous improvement across engineering capabilities, tools, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.

• More than 5 years of experience in designing enterprise-level solution architectures.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring software engineering teams.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with a .NET CMS platform, preferably Umbraco.

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and/or .NET Core.

• Experience in designing and constructing scalable web applications.

• Robust skills in database development, optimization, and administration.

• Solid grasp of front-end technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience navigating the full software development lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting technical solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of secure software development and application security.

• Familiarity with penetration testing principles and security best practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

• **Nice to Have:**

• Extensive experience with Umbraco CMS.

• Background in digital agencies or consulting environments.

• Experience in contributing to technical pre-sales and solution consulting.

• Experience in defining engineering standards and governance.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent technical projects.
