Technical Lead – Fashion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance the technical pipeline, which encompasses tooling, automation, data flows, and established standards.

• Guide the technical team while providing insights to artists and Art Directors to optimize workflows.

• Direct focus and initiatives towards AI exploration.

• Proactively identify bottlenecks and devise scalable solutions.

• Engage hands-on when necessary, transforming successful methods into wider team practices.

• Define the technical and production roles essential for the company's growth.

• Ensure the organization remains up-to-date and competitive with advancing technology.

• Contribute to the digital representation of apparel, footwear, and luxury products at scale.

• Integrate CGI quality, pipeline discipline, AI exploration, and the needs of the production team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a senior technical position such as CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead, or a comparable role.

• Comprehensive understanding of CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering, and production processes.

• Proficient scripting knowledge to guide developers and make informed technical choices.

• Strong systems thinking paired with a hands-on approach.

• An inquisitive nature towards AI, with the ability to differentiate substantial applications from mere trends.

• Effective communication skills that bridge artists, Art Directors, developers, and producers.

• Experience in product visualization, fashion, sportswear, or digital twin technology is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with C4D, Houdini, Blender, Substance, CLO3D/MD, Browzwear, Nuke, and AI tools.
