Technical Lead, Core Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the technical vision of Lime's Core Applications ecosystem, encompassing architecture, integration strategy, platform governance, and long-term design choices.

• Act as the primary technical escalation contact for Core Applications.

• Lead intricate cross-functional projects from initial discovery to full implementation.

• Design and implement automations, integrations, and tailored solutions.

• Recognize opportunities to streamline enterprise systems and enhance overall effectiveness.

• Set technical standards, support models, and governance practices.

• Guide engineers and administrators while maintaining a hands-on role in design, troubleshooting, and execution.

• Discover and execute practical enterprise AI and automation use cases.

• Introduce enterprise AI functionalities with reusable patterns, governance, and adoption strategies.

• Take part in a shared on-call rotation, responding to critical alerts, managing escalations, and documenting issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in administering, engineering, or architecting enterprise SaaS platforms and business systems.

• Significant experience in designing and delivering integrations, workflow automations, and robust technical solutions.

• Proficient scripting and automation skills.

• Experience working with APIs, tools, and custom solutions in a secure and sustainable manner.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise application architecture, system design, identity concepts, and SaaS governance.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives.

• Capability to balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on technical execution.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• Practical knowledge of enterprise AI and automation.

• Familiarity with secure, scalable frameworks for AI-generated code and data privacy guardrails (preferred).

• Ability to convert manual business processes into automated, AI-assisted solutions with measurable ROI (preferred).

• Must be located in the U.S. Eastern/Central Timezone.

• Willingness to take part in a shared on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.
