Technical Lead, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between security teams, business unit contacts, and other internal stakeholders.

• Facilitate surveys and roundtable discussions for feedback, conduct business unit reviews, and organize training and awareness sessions.

• Provide insights into the roadmap for new features of internal products and additional developments.

• Steer the strategic roadmap for vulnerability management tools and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities, engineering capacity, and security outcomes.

• Transform user feedback, operational gaps, and security requirements into well-defined user stories and prioritized backlogs for teams (and vendors).

• Develop onboarding guides, documentation, workshops, and release notes to assist teams in utilizing vulnerability management tools efficiently and consistently.

• Lead evaluations of new capabilities, manage design documentation, advocate for automation, tool optimization, and platform improvements.

• Prepare executive updates, highlight risks and achievements, outline strategic investments, and guide long-term maturity and planning.

• Collaborate with engineering, developers, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess previous experience in Program Management/Project Management, ideally within the Cyber-Security/Vulnerability Management sector.

• Have a background in leading or playing pivotal roles in designing, implementing, and supporting tools for internal stakeholders.

• Exhibit excellent presentation skills with the ability to distill complex technologies and topics into easily understandable information for an executive audience.

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including facilitation skills and contingency planning.

• Have experience in planning and managing projects, products, and processes, estimating time and effort, and providing clear status reports.
