• Oversee technical execution across backend, frontend, mobile, AI, and data projects.

• Convert ambiguous product objectives into well-defined technical strategies, milestones, responsibilities, and trade-offs.

• Engage deeply with complex technical challenges and assist in driving them to resolution.

• Collaborate with founders, product teams, design, and engineering on technical decisions.

• Manage cross-domain engineering efforts and eliminate execution obstacles.

• Enhance engineering quality, speed, reliability, and maintainability standards.

• Assist in defining hiring needs, role specifications, interview criteria, and technical assessment standards.

• Develop internal AI workflows and promote an AI-native engineering culture.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proven experience leading extensive technical projects involving multiple engineers, teams, or product domains.

• Background as a Technical Lead, Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, Head of Engineering, CTO, Staff Engineer, or an active Engineering Manager.

• Strong foundational engineering knowledge and technical judgment across various domains.

• In-depth understanding of AI tools and the ability to leverage AI for enhancing technical execution and decision-making.

• Capability to operate amidst ambiguity and translate unclear objectives into actionable plans.

• Excellent communication skills when interacting with founders, product managers, designers, and engineers.
