Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define the system architecture and establish development best practices.

• Make informed decisions regarding technologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Review code to ensure adherence to best practices, including clean code principles.

• Tackle complex technical challenges and provide support to junior developers.

• Serve as a liaison between developers, product managers, and other departments.

• Offer mentoring and technical training to the team.

• Ensure deadlines are achieved without sacrificing quality.

• Focus on the continuous enhancement of development processes.

• Safeguard system stability, scalability, and security.

• Monitor performance metrics and resolve technical bottlenecks.

• Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD, and process automation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated professional experience as a Developer or Programmer.

• Proven proficiency (through testing) in one or more of the languages relevant to the role.

• Experience in providing technical leadership to software development teams.

• Familiarity with software architecture, code reviews, and establishing best practices.

• Knowledge of developing scalable, secure, and highly available applications.

• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration (CI/CD).

• Must possess at least one of the required certifications, such as OCA, Certified Java Associate/Programmer, Azure Developer Associate, AWS Associate certifications, Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer, or others as specified.

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization practices.

• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of architectural patterns, design patterns, and Clean Architecture.
