This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous enhancement of Health Catalyst's Measurable product.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare clients to collect requirements, confirm results, and address technical concerns.
• Utilize SQL to query and analyze client data for identifying discrepancies, investigating issues, and supporting decision-making.
• Ensure the validation of healthcare quality measures and the accuracy of reporting outcomes.
• Examine support tickets and conduct root-cause analysis on data quality, integration, and configuration challenges.
• Resolve client-specific data issues across various environments and platforms.
• Adjust and enhance existing SQL queries to meet client needs.
• Work with internal implementation, product, and technical teams to ensure successful client deployments.
• Assist in onboarding activities and implementation projects from initial discovery to go-live stages.
• Document observations, suggestions, and troubleshooting solutions.
• Act as a reliable technical resource for clients and cross-functional internal teams.
• Uphold compliance with information security, acceptable use, and HIPAA privacy and security training guidelines.
• Protect information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security incidents.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical SQL experience.
• Solid understanding of relational database principles and data relationships.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries from scratch for troubleshooting, validation, and analysis purposes.
• Experience in investigating data quality issues and carrying out root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with data integrations, ETL processes, or data workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in direct collaboration with clients, customers, or business stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Adhere to organizational information security, Acceptable Use Policy, and HIPAA Privacy and Security standards.
