This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of initial deployments from start to finish, encompassing kickoff through to go-live, including discovery, architecture, tenant setup, integration, testing, and production cutover.
• Configure and verify integrations across AWS, Azure, GCP, identity providers, and DevOps toolchains.
• Convert least-privilege, JIT, and Zero Standing Privileges objectives into Britive profiles, policies, and access workflows.
• Manage deployment plans, milestones, risks, and status updates in Monday.com.
• Accelerate time-to-value and proactively address deployment blockers.
• Act as the designated technical owner for assigned accounts following the go-live phase.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on account strategies, adoption, renewal risk, expansion, QBRs, and executive reviews.
• Promote adoption and use-case expansion while developing technical cases for growth.
• Handle technical escalations and monitor the technical health of accounts.
• Provide customer-facing training and create enablement materials.
• Support implementation partners and resellers and assist with partner-led deployments.
• Onboard new team members to the Britive platform and related technologies.
• Gather customer requirements and identify product friction for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Submit and advocate for enhancement requests in Jira, differentiating configuration issues from product defects.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical post-sales role within a B2B software company.
• Proven experience in personally managing enterprise software deployments in customer settings, including scoping, configuration, integration, go-live, and handoff.
• Practical experience with IAM and PAM.
• Familiarity with IAM services in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Background in configuring PAM solutions for both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash/PowerShell scripting along with API skills.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and CLI tools.
• Competence in SQL.
• Strong technical triage and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication abilities in client-facing scenarios.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent customer engagements and competing priorities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and the fast-paced nature of startups; resourceful, self-directed, and quick to learn independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Nice-to-have: experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, secrets management, project/helpdesk tools, SIEM/observability platforms, Zero Trust, compliance frameworks, partner enablement, relevant cloud/identity/security certifications, and experience with early-stage technology companies.
• Work remotely from anywhere in the US.
