Technical Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Plan and carry out the implementation of Intuitive products punctually, including Intuitive Hub, Intuitive Ion, and SimNow.

• Collaborate with customers and the Intuitive project team for new installations, expansions, and upgrades of Hub and Ion.

• Confirm that customer and sales team prerequisites are met.

• Ensure adherence to implementation processes, enhancing or developing them where necessary.

• Complete quality systems and project documentation thoroughly.

• Provide updates on project status, critical paths, issues, risks, and subsequent steps to both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Assist customers’ clinical and IT teams in the initiation, planning, scheduling, implementation, and timely closure of projects within budget.

• Assemble and manage multifunctional project teams, define scope and schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor task completion.

• Regularly report to EU senior leadership regarding activities, project statuses, and implementation forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A background in engineering, life sciences, or medical fields is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is preferred.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Capable of coordinating multifunctional teams within a matrix setup.

• Proven ability to drive task completion, hold team members accountable, and foresee potential issues before they arise.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Preferred knowledge of IT and networking.

• Prior experience with EMR/PACS solutions is advantageous.

• Understanding of clinical workflows in surgical procedures is a benefit.

• Willingness to travel less than 15% of the time.
