Technical Implementation Partner – Patient Care Coordination

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee the timeline for enterprise-wide, multi-module implementations.

• Collaborate with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists throughout each implementation.

• Engage with external client teams to grasp evolving requirements and needs.

• Provide technical project leadership to steer the entire deployment lifecycle.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships at various levels within client organizations.

• Recognize and mitigate risks while advising Delivery team leaders on project opportunities and challenges.

• Spot opportunities for process enhancements and develop structured methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project or program management.

• More than 5 years of professional experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.

• A proven history of applying robust quantitative and analytical skills in previous hospital systems (e.g., EHR implementations).

• Extensive knowledge in PAT perioperative metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

• Practical experience and proficiency with tools such as data validation dashboards, interpreting JAVA/SQL code, complex Excel functions, and more.

• A systems thinker who balances a broad vision with meticulous attention to detail.

• A strong desire to create real-world impact and tackle significant challenges.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%-50% of the time.
