This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
⢠Foster relationships and build trust with contacts at various levels within a portfolio of ezCaterās enterprise restaurant partners.
⢠Comprehend and articulate each partnerās distinct business needs relative to the ezCater opportunity, developing and executing strategies for outstanding customer experiences and mutual growth.
⢠Continuously evaluate, validate, and enhance partner performanceāyour strong relationships will enable effective collaborative problem-solving.
⢠Convert strategic priorities into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to individual store managers, fostering alignment and accountability throughout the partner organization.
⢠Serve as a subject matter expert on partner-facing and internal operational metrics, as well as specific partner nuances that may influence these metrics (e.g., integrations, corporate structure, etc.)
⢠Utilize performance data to uncover partner-specific trends, root causes, and patternsāthen translate these insights into actionable recommendations that drive improvements, inform strategic decisions, and initiate high-impact projects.
⢠Develop compelling, data-driven narratives to present performance, opportunities, and progress to catering partners in a manner that cultivates trust and encourages collaboration.
⢠Gain a comprehensive understanding of operational metrics and the intricate, cross-functional dynamics of each account to form a holistic perspective on how brands operate on our platformāand leverage that insight to recommend the optimal mix of services, tools, and strategies for long-term success.
⢠Drive operational outcomes linked to specific business objectives that serve the growth of both our partners and ezCater.
⢠Collaborate closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to foster alignment and support for overarching and partner-specific goals.
⢠4+ years of experience working with and managing top-tier partners or accounts; background in restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics is preferred.
⢠Proven history of building strong internal and external relationships and rapport, achieving business impact through collaboration, negotiation, and innovative problem-solving.
⢠Demonstrated skill in analyzing complex data sets and distilling them into clear recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external partners; proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Excel).
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
⢠Experience in conflict resolution and crafting creative solutions to address competing interests.
⢠Established ability to build trust and influence through active listening, empathy, and understanding othersā perspectives and motivations.
⢠Proactive mindset in identifying and addressing problems; proven capability to determine root causes and devise effective solutions.
⢠Capacity to work effectively in fast-paced environments, both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
