
Technical Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the design, setup, and technical execution of client implementations.
• Conduct discovery sessions, propose solutions, configure systems, and provide both technical and non-technical training.
• Serve as the technical liaison throughout the Sales → Implementation → Customer Success transition.
• Generate comprehensive and clear technical proposals, system design documents, integration blueprints, and handoff documentation.
• Execute system validation, verification, and quality assurance prior to going live.
• Oversee system performance, pinpoint technical challenges or optimization possibilities, and spearhead remediation or iterative efforts.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or solutions consulting role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Integration Specialist, Technical Implementation).
• Strong practical experience with system configurations, APIs, data mapping, integration flows, and backend logic.
• Skilled in discovery and converting business requirements into technical designs.
• Comfortable presenting and elucidating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in developing proposals, technical documentation, training materials, and design blueprints.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects, prioritize technical tasks effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
