Technical Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding and implementation process for CreatorIQ clients, starting from the kickoff phase to go-live and final handoff.

• Ensure alignment on customer specifications, technical viability, and project timelines.

• Empower clients to confidently adopt and expand their usage of the platform by customizing the CreatorIQ platform according to their specific needs, use cases, and package scope.

• Assist with technical configurations including data imports, integrations, and system setups.

• Collaborate with APIs, data mapping, and workflows to facilitate seamless platform adoption.

• Act as a platform specialist, providing customized training sessions tailored to customer workflows and objectives. Simplify technical concepts into clear, understandable guidance for users without a technical background.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Offer insights to Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform functionalities and streamline implementation processes.

• Implement best practices in onboarding and continuously refine the onboarding experience.

• Diagnose technical challenges and present solutions during the onboarding phase.

• Contribute to automation, tooling, and scalable implementation frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, solutions engineering, or related fields.

• Strong technical skills, with experience in: APIs and integrations, data mapping and workflows, SaaS platforms, and system configurations.

• Proven project management abilities, capable of handling multiple implementations at once.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and uncertain environments.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Process-driven and a collaborative team player with a startup mindset, adaptable to change, and willing to travel up to 25% annually.

• Preferred: Experience with REST APIs, JSON, or integration tools; knowledge of data handling, SQL, or data pipelines; familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms; exposure to influencer marketing or creator economy tools; experience or knowledge of AI tools to enhance efficiency and improve implementation workflows.
