Technical Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical point of contact between Cority Client Service Consultants and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• This role encompasses project meetings that involve technical discussions on database conversion (including data mapping development and support for SQL Script programming), evaluation of client legacy systems for integration with Cority using proprietary web service tools, advanced security configuration, establishing workflow logic through business rules, and advanced report creation.

• Collaborate with the product/programming and consulting teams to swiftly address high-priority issues identified during implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and the timely resolution of technical issues or the introduction of new enhancements necessary for a client's Go Live.

• Assist in client business process review sessions (either on-site or remotely), support any relevant technical requirements, and aid in the creation of project documentation.

• Offer Technical Subject Matter Expertise for the deployment of the Cority application.

• Define and document technical requirements in Change Requests (Change Control Documentation) when necessary.

• Conduct advanced Business Intelligence Reporting and System Administrator training sessions for client system administrators and other technical leads.

• Provide suggestions for application enhancements to Product Management for the core product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a university program in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, business administration, computer science, or a related field with equivalent work experience. Industry experience in Sustainability or EHSQ is highly recommended. Familiarity with Cority software is preferred.

• Proficient in technical tools such as Relational Database Management Tools (SQL or Oracle), Web Service Utilities (utilizing SOAP or REST APIs), and SSO Platforms (like ADFS, Shibboleth, or Ping Federate).

• Experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

• Experience with MIRTH or other middleware tools for converting CSV to HL7 is a significant advantage.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

• Ability to comprehend and articulate the role of technology in delivering SaaS-based solutions.

• Familiarity with system development life cycles (SDLC) is required.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.

• The ability to mentor team members and resolve conflicts is considered a strong asset.

• Willingness to travel may be required.
