Technical Implementation Consultant – Alerting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications within a Windows Server environment.

• Independently handle the installation, configuration, testing, and validation of server components and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with customer vendors, partners, and technicians to address issues related to Spok software.

• Provide support during customer go-live events and the activation of applications.

• Maintain current processes, standards, and upgrade documentation while creating new documentation as needed.

• Assess and report on project results, customer satisfaction, and any customer concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in troubleshooting software applications.

• Background in Healthcare IT.

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.

• Willingness to work extended hours as required by business needs.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Customer-centric approach with a high degree of confidence.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Displays high energy levels, especially when schedules, deliverables, or customer demands arise.

• Proven leadership capabilities.

• Familiarity with system implementation and installation procedures.
