This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Oversee intricate technical implementation projects that integrate healthcare technology solutions within client environments.
⢠Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements, propose solutions, and ensure effective project delivery.
⢠Offer expert insights into healthcare data exchange, interoperability standards, and system integrations.
⢠Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical challenges to minimize disruption for clients and enhance solution performance.
⢠Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and materials for knowledge transfer.
⢠Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver superior outcomes.
⢠Design and implement processes that support application maintenance, issue resolution, and operational excellence.
⢠Ensure the secure handling and management of sensitive healthcare data while adhering to applicable compliance standards.
⢠Assess emerging technologies and best practices to improve implementation strategies and enhance customer experiences.
⢠Provide leadership and technical expertise across several concurrent projects while nurturing robust client relationships.
⢠At least 6 years of experience in healthcare IT, healthcare technology, or a related technical field.
⢠Proven experience in leading complex technical implementation or integration projects.
⢠Excellent customer relationship, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
⢠Familiarity with healthcare IT applications, workflows, and business processes.
⢠Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
⢠Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, and X12 278 transactions.
⢠Understanding of electronic health record (EHR) data structures and healthcare system integrations.
⢠Experience handling highly sensitive data securely and in compliance with regulations.
⢠Capable of analyzing and comprehending complex data models.
⢠Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
⢠Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
⢠Eagerness to learn new technologies, applications, and tools.
⢠Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
⢠Familiarity with healthcare interface engines and integration platforms.
⢠Knowledge of CMS-0057 regulations and Da Vinci FHIR implementation guides.
⢠Experience in providing technical consulting, training, or knowledge transfer to client technical teams.
⢠Previous experience working directly with healthcare payers, providers, or healthcare technology organizations.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (preferred).
