This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate technical implementation projects that integrate healthcare technology solutions into client environments.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business and technical requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful project completion.
• Offer expert advice on healthcare data exchange, interoperability standards, and system integrations.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues to reduce client disruption and enhance solution performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer resources.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive project milestones, manage dependencies, and achieve high-quality results.
• Design and implement processes that support consistent application maintenance, issue resolution, and operational excellence.
• Ensure secure handling and management of sensitive healthcare data while adhering to relevant compliance standards.
• Assess emerging technologies and best practices to improve implementation strategies and customer experiences.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise across multiple concurrent projects while nurturing strong client relationships.
• At least 6 years of experience in healthcare IT, healthcare technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in leading complex technical implementation or integration projects.
• Excellent customer relationship, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT applications, workflows, and business processes.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, and X12 278 transactions.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) data structures and healthcare system integrations.
• Experience handling highly sensitive data in a secure and compliant manner.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend complex data models.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, applications, and tools.
• A reliable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed for remote work.
• Preferred: experience with cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure.
• Preferred: familiarity with healthcare interface engines and integration platforms.
• Preferred: knowledge of CMS-0057 regulations and Da Vinci FHIR implementation guides.
• Preferred: experience in providing technical consulting, training, or knowledge transfer to client technical teams.
• Preferred: previous experience working directly with healthcare payers, providers, or healthcare technology organizations.
