Technical Founder / Founding Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver features throughout the product lifecycle by identifying issues, making informed decisions, creating solutions, and taking responsibility for the results.

• Collaborate within a small, high-ownership, cross-functional team.

• Deploy to production within the first week.

• Lead a significant initiative within the first month.

• Develop AI-driven features across the product spectrum.

• Enhance engineering practices and product development throughout the technology stack.

• Overcome challenges and operate independently.

• Contribute to Platform, Harness, or Runneth engineering teams based on organizational needs and personal impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a technical founder, co-founder, or one of the initial engineers at a startup.

• Recently contributed a substantial amount of code personally.

• Several years of product delivery experience, preferably within a small team where you owned the outcomes.

• Ability to articulate architecture, technical decisions, trade-offs, and system design effectively.

• Comfortable building without detailed specifications.

• Proven experience as an individual contributor.

• Openness to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and uncertainty.

• Proficient in using and developing with AI technologies, including agentic coding.

• Familiarity with React, Node.js with Express, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Azure.
