Technical Field Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for transforming planned mobile network sites into successful construction projects.

• To achieve this, you assess potential sites on location for their technical and structural viability.

• You document your observations, forming the foundation for the ongoing development of mobile network infrastructure.

• Your daily tasks blend fieldwork with meticulous documentation and technical analysis in the office.

• You organize and conduct on-site structural evaluations of potential radio sites.

• You analyze submitted documents for technical feasibility and guarantee the quality of site assessments.

• You thoroughly document your findings and independently manage all pertinent information in our CRM system.

• You present your site evaluations in a clear and understandable manner for other project stakeholders.

• You collaborate closely on projects with colleagues from acquisition, as well as with property owners and general contractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical or vocational training in a relevant trade is preferred.

• Full physical capability for working at heights and a passion for outdoor assignments.

• A valid driver's license class B and a high degree of regional mobility.

• Experience in evaluating building materials, roofs, or similar structures.

• Willingness to obtain a drone pilot license as part of internal training.

• Proficient in MS Office with experience in CRM systems or databases.

• A structured, independent, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, along with a strong awareness of quality.
