Technical Fellow – Microsoft Copilot, AI

📋 Description

• Assist Sherweb partners in establishing profitable and sustainable Microsoft Copilot and AI practices.

• Act as a reliable advisor to both internal teams and external partners.

• Offer strategic advice, technical knowledge, best practices for adoption, insights on business workflows, and hands-on support.

• Aid partners in comprehending how Microsoft Copilot enhances productivity, collaboration, decision-making, and customer outcomes within Microsoft 365 environments.

• Represent Sherweb in webinars, partner workshops, events, community interactions, technical content creation, executive briefings, and strategic discussions with partners.

• Assist partners in developing and expanding their Microsoft Copilot and AI service offerings.

• Lead workshops focused on readiness, business value discussions, and planning for adoption.

• Advise partners on positioning Copilot as a solution for business transformation and creating repeatable service offerings.

• Implement adoption, readiness, and enablement programs for both partners and internal teams.

• Identify valuable business use cases and develop frameworks for adoption.

• Create demonstrations, training resources, and best practices to encourage lasting user adoption and drive business value.

• Guide partners on topics related to Microsoft 365 readiness, governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

• Support strategies for the safe and effective deployment of AI.

• Represent Sherweb as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Copilot and AI.

• Produce thought leadership content and engage with communities from Microsoft and partners.

• Empower sales, marketing, technical, and partner success teams regarding Copilot and AI positioning.

• Assist with messaging, enablement materials, demonstrations, and partner programs.

• Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders and internal teams to promote AI-focused initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, consulting, partner enablement, solution advisory, or roles in technical leadership.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Modern Work, AI adoption, and digital transformation.

• Experience collaborating with Microsoft partners, MSPs, CSPs, VARs, or organizations focused on channel partnerships.

• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, storytelling, presentation, and public speaking abilities.

• Capability to simplify complex AI concepts into actionable business outcomes and influence a variety of stakeholder groups.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment and travel as necessary.

• Experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, enablement, or deployment initiatives.

• Knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI agents, prompt engineering, or business process automation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, information protection, governance, and compliance principles.

• Proven experience in developing partner programs, technical communities, training content, or enablement initiatives.

• Experience presenting at Microsoft, partner, or industry-related events.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Copilot, Microsoft 365, Security, Modern Work, Power Platform, or other related technologies.

• Active participation in Microsoft partner or technical communities.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
