Technical Fellow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct large strategic programs from a technical standpoint

• Define architectural frameworks throughout the entire program

• Articulate the vision and convey it to the customer

• Supervise overall quality and ensure technical coherence

• Guide Junior Engineers and support their development

• Foster consistent thought leadership and innovation for your clients

• Engage in code assessments

• Select appropriate technologies and ensure their correct application

• Facilitate the onboarding of team members and clarify expectations

• Uphold high standards, lead by example, and meet technical consultants where they are to surpass expectations

• Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions with your clients

• Develop internal methodologies and advocate for innovative work practices

• Collaborate with sales specialists and service partners to create an account vision, owning the technical perspective within an account

• Continuously strive to enhance the developer experience for team members, both in internal and client environments

• Operate with a true DevSecOps mentality, prioritizing all day 2 concerns in feature development

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading and participating in large-scale software development initiatives

• Proven track record in modernizing or transforming systems

• In-depth understanding of architectural patterns and their application at scale (Event Driven, Microservices, SOA, Monolithic, Broker, etc.)

• Familiarity with the leading three cloud providers

• Knowledge of technologies across the entire stack (automation, platform engineering, custom development, front-end engineering, etc.)

• Experience in delivering native applications at scale (e.g., Android, iOS, Flutter)

• Proven ability to build and deliver custom front-end applications (e.g., Angular, React, etc.)

• Comfort and experience using AI within your custom software across the stack (development experience, prompt engineering, etc.)

• Significant experience in leading products (rather than projects)
