This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

• Conduct routine Design for Manufacturing (DFM) assessments for premium customer orders

• Evaluate and assist in optimizing part designs to guarantee manufacturability

• Engage with customers through phone and video calls to discuss design and production concerns

• Maintain written correspondence with clients for troubleshooting and technical explanations

• Collaborate with partners and suppliers (via written communication, phone, and video) to address manufacturability issues

• Offer expertise in handling complaints (excluding formal RMA processes)

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of manufacturing and engineering practices

• Ensure prompt and clear resolution of technical production challenges

• Over 7 years of experience in CNC machining and/or sheet metal production

• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal fabrication)

• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and addressing design-related challenges

• Fluent and professional proficiency in English

• Fluent and professional proficiency in German

• Remote work options available (Germany / Poland / Bulgaria) or office-based in Munich
