Technical Employee, Roof and Building Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Performing inspections, testing, and maintenance on roofs, doors, and various building systems.

• Executing minor repair tasks and managing technical projects.

• Coordinating, supervising, and monitoring repair activities involving external contractors.

• Carrying out site inspections to assess and document the condition of properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of vocational training, such as a roofer, metalworker, or qualified electrical specialist (electronics technician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer).

• Preferably, additional vocational or trade qualifications.

• Enjoyment of working at various locations throughout Germany.

• Willingness to pursue further training and learn new technical skills.

• Capability to work at heights.

• Valid driver’s license, Class B.

• Strong service orientation, flexibility, teamwork, and excellent self-organization skills.
