Technical Eligibility Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Load Triple E files and execute manual eligibility updates.

• Accurately and promptly enter and adjust eligibility data in Luminare Health systems.

• Adhere to established protocols and client specifications.

• Address telephone, written, and electronic inquiries from employees/members, clients, and colleagues.

• Deliver quality service to employees/members, providers, clients, and internal teams.

• Assist the Eligibility Department with various technical tasks according to departmental needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• A minimum of three years of experience in Eligibility.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented, and production-driven environment.

• Outstanding data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with employees/members, providers, clients, Client Management staff, and all levels of personnel.

• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out oral, written, or diagrammed instructions.

• Open-minded and adaptable to ongoing process improvements.

• Self-motivated individual who performs well with minimal supervision.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven critical thinking capabilities.

• Proficiency in resolving issues across various situations.

• Willingness to learn new/proprietary systems and adapt to different system platforms.

• Effective use of MS Excel and Word.
