This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge data processes for various healthcare capabilities.
• Oversee the roadmap and present executive updates to consulting leadership.
• Influence the development of new analytics-driven offerings in the market in collaboration with consulting leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across data engineering, application engineering, data science, and AI-related engineering teams, creating repeatable and distinctive analytics offerings.
• Spearhead the development of diverse technical assets and proprietary methodologies that enhance the firm's consulting capabilities.
• Foster innovation by generating ideas for data science applications, advanced analytics, and interactive dashboards tailored to address healthcare challenges.
• Work alongside data engineering teams to design scalable solutions, ensuring compliance with modern architectural standards.
• Convert broad business requirements into detailed technical roadmaps for solution development.
• Identify areas of opportunity, levers, and actionable strategies for improvement.
• Strengthen customer relationships by building confidence and trust in the data and insights we deliver.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA) is required.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting.
• Proven analytical skills, especially with large and comprehensive data sets.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Experience with comprehensive healthcare data sets (claims, financial performance, clinical, and other related healthcare data).
• 5 to 6+ years of experience with SQL and Python.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS or Snowflake).
• Proven ability to leverage AI in data and analytics workflows.
• Experience collaborating with technical engineering resources.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI, etc.).
• Current permanent work authorization in the US is required.
